Week 12 Homework: What is different "Show" and Display" when it used to noun form

Thesis: What is different “Show” and “Display” when it used to noun form


Introduction
We always express our view with our eyes. When we want to express our view, we usually use visual verbs like see, show, display etc. Visual verbs also used noun form, and It is related with “seeing”. However, what is different between visual noun especially “Show” and “Display” ? These visual word are used in many situations that describes seeing something. But, sometimes it is distinguished in conditions.


Body
Have you ever listened “Show”? Show is more often related to the performance of someone. It is more familiar with our life. We often used that word when we want to describe exciting things like festival, TV program, one-man. It seems to be more close real-life that we usually act. However, Display is used in official or serious situation, otherwise Show is used when it is more exciting, easy than Display.  Important differences between Show and Display are what is subject. Show is used when It connects human like TV-Show, fashion show. But, Display is connected with non-human things. It can be harder than show


Conclusion
Show and Display is used in visual situation. but, these have difference in delicate situation. First, show is easy and unofficial situation than display. In other word, If show is used in  private and less authoritative situation, Display is used in public and more authoritative situation. Second, show is connect with human or human acting. But, display more connect with non-human situation and non-human acting.

How to we solve korean education system

-Introduction
English is worldwide language and more and more it become common language in some country and also secondary language. Anywhere we have chance to listen, speak, write, and read English. we always have influenced English culture such as movie, drama, song, education etc. Korea also is not exception, maybe more extreme than other country. Many korean spend time and money to learn English. Specially, Korean students who learn in korea public education system are related to this problem. Many Korean students have spent their money, time, attention for learning English, and also have trouble with it. This problem motivate me to ask some questions like  “what do other person think about this problem?”.
So, i made some question to classmates


-Methods section
In order to know how many people think that English is important, at first i asked question “if you are students, what part of English should be taught?”. As i know, old generation thought about only few part of English important like ‘Reading’ or students would be educated in few part of English. But, nowadays these old mind changed. Many classmate think that all part of English is important. This show that recent days, many people had different mind about English education.
Secondary,  to know what classmate have mind about korean education system, i asked some question such as “How many time students learn English for a week in school?”, “Do you think current education system is proper for students?”, “Do you think of which part of system is problem?”.  Surprisingly, many classmates think that current English education system is proper for students. This thing is very interesting! I expected that many people should be not satisfied current education system, but real research show that it is just rumor, not real. However even though current education system is proper, the most problem of the system is evaluation system (reference table.1). many people thought evaluation system should be changed from relative to absolute. next important problem is teacher’ qualification. Classmates think that finance is not real problem.

Even more, most classmates thought also current study environment should be fixed. Old study environment had been emphasising reading part, or focusing on grammatical part called traditional grammar, but now most classmates thinking and my expected, it will be changed reading and traditional grammar to speaking, writing, and more focus on reality.
To support students, classmates thought that teachers should have open mind. it is important that interact and communicate with between students and teachers. It gives students opportunity that improve their language ability and makes more comfortable situations.  


-Conclusion
What do we know though this report? What is the problem in korean education system? Korea had been quite great develop in all of the area, but it is not enough to satisfaction. It was true that Korean education system achieved many goals which considered basic part.  However from now on we should re-think of our English education.
Now, we have a general idea about our problem. Traditional education system focused on grammatical ability or reading selection, otherwise speaking, writing and communication skills which more considered “practical” area treated a matter lightly or neglected. To re-build education system, we have enough money but we don’t have enough other sources which like teachers, report about test, etc. First, we should design new evaluation system which distinguishes and motivates student’s ability exactly and strongly. Secondly, we also effort to get good teacher who really loves, cheers up their students. Those systems that especially we need to make are not easy to concrete but, we should do.
On this report, we don’t solve all problem, but  we know what is the problem. It is important that what really happen and what is going on. I hope this report help more advanced research.

Teaching poem is very important and useful to high school students that going through adolescence when they are very sensitive. But, they only have few chance to learned about poem. In this situation, “The Red hat”  helps students not only to improve their understanding about parents love, but also to open their mind.  So, “The Red hat” should be taught in high school. Several reasons why  “The Red hat” should be taught are in this poem.
The first, this poem, generally all poems are also relevant, makes students to wake up their mind, and also It gives warm heart to students. Nowadays, having warm heart is very difficult, especially to having adolescence students, in despite of importance, because of  many students just learned only major subject, Math, English, Korean, that must know very well if they want to go good university. Their whole attention zooms in only few subject. Therefore, it should be taught for students to awake their heart.
Secondly, It shows that parents love plentiful. It gives courage to students knowing parents love. “The Red hat” shows how parents love, how parents support their child.  Every poem has their own theme, and many poems are also appeared parent love, especially it expresses this theme placidly, of course it shows that of a certainty. Generally, parents love is not outstanding to child. Many children don’t know their parent love until when they become parents. But, when students are studying about this poem, they will know their parents indirectly
Finally, if students learned this poem, they can express their feeling. Learning poem is process of expression emotion. It is mostly important thing for adolescence students. In this period students are undergoing confusing thought about all of things, such as what am i? what to do? how I express emotions? This drill will improve students ability to arrange their confusing thought and ensure expression. In addition it is useful tools to how to express their thought that unarranged more clearly,  and specially beautifully.
So put together these things, We should teach poem to our students and encourage their works. and then our students will be making a living more worthy. it is also helpful to communicate with other person that have emotions as knowing feelings precisely.
